Well, they realize they lost but they're coming back now and saying, "Oh, we'll just ram it through with 50 votes" -- and I think if they do that they are going to anger a hell of a lot of people. And probably come out with some legislation that is just junk in the process.

At this point anyone who thinks this argument is about improving health care is not paying attention.
