I would be more concerned if there were more than one store involved.

Right now the focus is on one store but the second article has posts from many employees that are speaking about the same situations at multiple stores.

I have read all of the accounts and can personally see both sides from my own Apple experience. I was always told "a Fish rots from the head" and although Apple is a great company to work for it isn't perfect by any means.

The culprit's are not the store manager and regional, but corporate.

Corporate has imposed these insane metric quotas on the stores that need to achieve or else.

The aapl sales organization including the Best Buy ASC program is also in turmoil as well. Way to much micro managing.
