The genie is out. Who knows whats going to happen.

Its not sustainable, that is for sure. aapl has taken the old Best Buy approach which BB has moved away from wich is to badger customers on services they do not want.

That still doesn't change my opinion of their customer service and Applecare.

I agree that Apple's service and Applecare are the best in the business.

My original point was to show that all isn't peaches and cream inside Apple. My take on Sinclap's response is there is another ex-employee that left Apple with a bad experience. I don't think the stock is bound for single digits but that there is room for improvement in the model.

If the cost of success is based on the hundreds of employees that are burned out then is that cost justified?

Should we only focus on the bottom line or what it takes to get that bottom line?
