We used to do a lot of signing in school. Every day. Both primary and secondary school. We sang hymns and said prayers, and it was all quite normal in those days.

It was how you started your school day.

Maybe schools should return to that. Even if it's in a school that is of a different religious faith, some singing doesn't do any harm.

I would stop at singing for politicians though. That should be illegal.
