They've been in worse shape in the past, and have managed to hang on. I think it'll be a slower, more painful (for the SYQT shareholders) death than you're looking for.

One thing that I think they have going for them is this: With the Rocket technology, they're no longer competing with Iomega [unless Iomega has something up their sleves]. I've been telling the bulls over on the SYQT thread that getting out of competition with Iomega is the *ONLY* way they can survive. But they don't get it. They keep touting the next Zip-killer and the next Jaz-killer.
