Bonita Springs/Naples :The Bonita Bay properties were the best designed and landscaped in the area but no one will touch them until this club thing is resolved. I still have models (I did the turn key type interiors) open at two communities that I did in 2005 in the over the top Tuscan style.

Typically these large homes (5000sq ft and up) would be bought and furnished by an investor who would lease back the model to the builder. The prices were getting ridiculous at the end 2005-6 and I knew it would end poorly. I thought Bonita Bay would skate through however. In October, when the owners start returning en masse, should bring some pretty ugly scenes. MP
