That's how John Edwards became a very rich man. When they went back and studied his cases it was clear that they were basically all bogus. When confronted with this Edwards replied "What do you want me to do with about it now?"

ObGyns have one of the worst problems with malpractice suits and insurance costs. Anything happens to a baby and some parents want someone to blame and to make pay...
