yes...and it will force us to start exploiting our own resources. And that is good. And as Denninger points out, nuclear and hydro will need to be exploited as well.

We can't keep on trying to break the cycle. The reason we have such a weak dollar is that we did a bunch of shit that gave us an artificially strong dollar, so now we are having to pay the price.

I do believe the fed should raise interest rates, but I don't think that will change the dollar cycle until it's ready to on it's own.

It's weird that we complain about all the real producing being sent overseas and when there is a mechanism that will bring that production home, we fight it.
