Thanks for that link Joe....Funny thing....When I first went into Circuit City, I wondered how long they would be in business...I must have gone into the store when they had their 2nd batch of know nothing employees... When I had my business, I told my employees when I hired them, that there was an invisible sign right inside the door in BIG Letters...."Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You" I really believed that's one of the biggest reasons we were successful...the employees believed it too and our results showed. I've printed the article about BH out, and will check them out the next time we're looking for electronics... It's inspiring to know that starting with the premise of treating your customers well really does pay off.
