Beaver: I took the liberty of forwarding your comments about the EDC to Krystle as it provides another unique angle to the story. The 3 key points:

- Why now? Why not months ago?
- The CFO connection to EDC
- Why would EDC even contemplate getting involved in a sale of a Canadian corporation to an American entity?

To all:
We need to get more media exposure!
Keep sending emails!
Keep making phone calls!
Keep stressing that this story is not just about A-V. It's of interest to anyone holding stock in Canadian public companies.

I don't doubt EDC knew about the deal....and I believe that is why they didn't allow a loan to go through earlier, this deal was done along time ago. They aren't stupid enough to allow a loan on a soon-to-be American company, too big of coincidence and conflict of interest.

My guess is EDC will NOT provide the redacted amount. So yes, I still believe that EDC was not part of the negotiations, that's not what they do, but they were privy to details of this transaction via VRS CFO most likely.

The whole principle of this thing is the main focus. If this is allowed, I don't see how anyone would invest in the Canadian market, especially the Venture exchange or any company with debt. More and more I am seeing how Mickey Mouse our system is.
