Dan, I don't think it matters how minor or insignificant something may seem to be. MSFT doesn't want OEMs messing with Windows, period. Be it the mere little IE Icon, or the entire GUI, MSFT doesn't want anything changed. They think they have that right.

RE: Weasel Words: Maybe so, but don't you think it's Sun's fault for not noticing? Jeez, it takes a ton of lawers to scrutenize contracts so that they become "iron clad." I think the blame belongs on Sun and their lawyers, with bonuses going to Microsoft's (if MSFT actually does win). Or was Sun just too confident that the "spirit" of the contract would be enough to pull them through?
