Dear karl: One other thing I would like you to think about. In an earlier post you mentioned TPRO's projected sales and the multiple of total stock price vs sales. I agree, normally that is an important criteria, however, if a substantial portion of your sales (Cd-Rohm) carries a gross margin of say 80%, that allows for a MUCH HIGHER multiple than if the sales carried say a 15% margin.
