This is it: phx.corporate-ir.net The moat interesting discussions were in the BAC/MER, WFC/WB and PNC/NCC documents last fall that talked about the financial crisis the the behind the scenes discussions of the financial meltdown. But this description was very interesting too. Especially interesting since I "knew" the players so well and found the private equity discussion somewhat unique in the public company arena.
