i did not mention paper gold and i did not mention gold bugs.

what i said was pretty clear.

it was a simple point i was making.

the same gold gets flipped among the same group of bankers time after time. only the sales get publicity. the buys do not.

the public buys gold from mints (these are not central banks), coin dealers, currency shops, retail stores (in China), ATMs (in Germany) from other members of the public, from some public banks.

the public does not buy gold from central banks.

I suppose it is true that if I wanted to own gold, I would be satisfied with paper (or cyber) gold.... I sure don't want the bother of holding the metal

maybe not a very good idea holding "paper"gold....no lets make it NOT a good idea at all
The Germans want to repatriate their holdings @ ft knox
I have emailed Focus and Spiegel to check as to how that is progressing. Told them the german people want to know
I personally dont think its there, @ the fort that is
