Is there something you would change? What if the rich and powerful were subjected to the meatgrinder? And let the masses reap obscene profits? My comment was just about my change in viewpoint. I used to get up early on Saturday morning in the mid-50's to watch "The Big Picture", hosted by Walter Cronkite. It was newsreel footage about how the army and air force won WW2. After that "Victory at Sea" came on. It was about how the navy and marine corps won WW2. I guess I was brainwashed by these and similar media to be patriotic and to fear socialism. When I joined the army, I learned that our society just isn't egalitarian at all and that you can't trust those above you to look out for you.
