Chiat: customers seem to think there's plenty of time (blaming customers), the market isn't there yet in the mainstream Where are we at Zitel? need to look at M/D as a start-up, we have been looking to identify qualified customers, we've done try-n-buys, lots of activity, people at our factory are now running test code, I expect stepwise activity we are looking for other tools (other than MD) to round our our portfolio we need to educate the market (blaming non-existing customers again) MD's testing will help, market won't have time for other types of testing had some problems with the technology early on, it's been working better companies are not currently taking action on y2k, when the tidal wave of business hits, it will overwhelm all resources
