"We don't hold the UAW employees responsible when a POS they built comes back for one warranty repair after another. We don't hold teachers responsible for lousy students. We don't hold attorneys responsible for losing lawsuits -- except for contingency arrangements, which are arguably a bigger part of the problem in health care than FFS." Wrong, wrong and wrong! The UAW employee is tracked by the auto company. Teachers have to graduate a certain percent of students or they're gone. I check the track records of any attorney I hire - if you don't, you're a moron.
