"Maybe the CFO did not want to disclose that "insider" info until it was done to the public." If he was concerned about leaking insider info., he could have easily deferred all comment to the upcoming press release. DD

NO! Don't forget, I did not call him, he called me. Tell me one reason he would voluntarily call me knowing horrible news was coming. We had a good relationship and I, in fact, interpreted a lack of a return of my call 2 weeks previously as a possible problem - until he returned it. He just did not know and that is the problem, aside from my personal losses. Note that the stock has been abandoned anyway, except by us chickens, or should I say turkeys?
