Anyone who wants to cut-n-run and pretend that the public beheadings are "not our problem."

Terrorism is a global problem with ideological roots. Cut the roots, and you've cut the problem. Ignore the roots, and it'll eventually show up again on your doorstep.

That to me is excusing the beheadings.
