BDSI is up 13.21% with volume now > its ADV

In spite of its lowefr revenues for the last 4Qs and its higher losses in the last 3Qs, the stock was able to trade above the resistance at the $5 level.<g>

It will be presenting tomorrow at at 11:00a.m. in NY at the 2009 Maxim Group Growth Conference.
Its CEO, Dr. Sirgo will be discussing the recent FDA approval and market opportunity for ONSOLIS and the status of BDSI’s product pipeline, including BEMA Buprenorphine and other potential future product opportunities utilizing the BEMA drug delivery technology.<g>

In spite of its losses, BDSI has NLTD and the insiders reportedly hold >25%

Although the loss for the current Yr. is expected around $1.42 vs. the $1 loss in 2008, the pending 2Qs reusults are expected to show a $0.13 less loss than in 2008 and for 2010 Yr.,the loss is expected to be cut to around $0.07 <g>

In February it reported results on a PI on oral amphotericinB, which apparently was well tolerated.

If the stock holds above the $4 level it could get to double again.<g>
Its H in June was $0.03 above its $8.26 H in April 2007

It is apparently still benefiting from its presentation in Frisco.<g>

CRDC makes stapling devices for surgical procedures.Its stapling technology is designed to minimize operating time and to enable minimally-invasive and robot-assisted surgeries.

Its automated anastomosis systems, the C-Port Distal Anastomosis Systems and PAS-Port Proximal Anastomosis System, for CABG surgery have been already shipped over 25,000 units throughout the world.

It is also developing the Cardica Microcutter, an endoscopic stapling device designed to be used in a variety of procedures, including bariatric, thoracic and general surgery.

The stock is still trading below its July spike.<g>

In spite of lower revenues in the last 2Qs it has continued to trim its losses, and it doesn't have significant LTD.

The stock is starting to get off from its longer term DT coming from the July 2008 H above $11 <g>
