What, something over 50% of Florida homeowners are underwater? Unprecedented I think.... it will take a long time to repair that wealth damage.


How many months of inventory does FLA now have? That will determine what prices do going forward. The country has 8.5 months of inventory. Markets that are in balance between buyers and sellers typically have six months.

Don't worry, future taxpayers, many unborn will be saddled with the losses on foreclosures and short sales of the most all of the mortgages made in the last 8 years.

You'd think the powers that be would be taking steps to avoid this from happening again. But as we've seen, dudes like Goldman Sachs are running the government.
