"You said you had a paying customer!"

His answer, "I am trying to grope.....something about Nevada......I can't read your hand writing."

"Are you going to justify your market cap?

Jacks answer, ABSOLUTELY

Why? The people and the core business. Matridigm has a unique tool.

King asked to justify Z's market cap, since Z is like a start-up company. King: "a lot of it's based on expectations of future. we are headed in that direction...we have the right tools to do that"

King asked about a lie he told in Philadelphia about having a "second paying contract"--a direct statement

King answered that it was a "try-n'buy," not a real contract. the analyst isn't letting him go on this one.

King asked what makes him think that Z will be worth market cap, since y2k time running out.

He answered speaking of storage & software businesses, quality of people at MD, says that perhaps "other tools" could supplement Z's y2k tools
