Yes John, Benny and Timmy are letting the locals and regionals eat it while the "chosen big banks, many of which are wall street banks" are being underpinned. Wells Fargo, BOA, Citibank, JPM, and Giant Squid of course among others.

Do you actually think these banks can absorb those kind of losses without the backing of bailout money? Don't be surprised when the FEDs clean the banks losses of the balance sheet with one fell swoop as well.

Not all of them... pay attention on Friday nights, they are failing by the handful. And no I don't think more bailouts are in the cards.

No matter what you say to ole jimbo he has an axe to grind and he will grind it one way or another.
