"This is an interesting passage from the bible about not judging and possibly atonement. Yes. Notice that Jesus did judge the sin, but did not judge her soul. By his comment he recognized the breech but also seemed to know she regretted it and would be a better person for it ... "go and sin no more." Everybody should be forgiven when they are remorseful. The hard part is knowing when that is genuine. And we don't know what he wrote in the dirt. Could'a been 'what a-holes' then when they backed down, 'what a bunch a sniveling cowards.' Probably not but we don't know.
