USR merger is still a big question in my mind. The hangup on standards puts a cloud on earnings. (That is not allowed in the market!) This accounting brew-ha-ha has people scared short term. The recent market shock. Will the world economy slow down? (It will to some degree, at least short term.) "Fear" overtaking here. We have not reached bottom yet. (I'm even surprised that we have not turned the corner yet.) MY gut says lower prices short term. We need to get rid of these problems before we go up significantly IMHO. And as always, LOGIC does not always prevail! Eric
