You'll live it down, LOL. Just cut across grain the next time....it's not like you destroyed a Picasso or anything...<G>

I usually use the London Broil cuts which are (I believe) top sirloin cut to the propoer dimensions. Technically "London Broil" refers to the method of preparation and not to the cut of meat used. I'm sure flank steak would be delicious prepared that way, but I prefer to make Carne Asada out of it. Recipe to follow.....

Flank steak makes a great london broil. That was before there was a cut of meat call london broil. Cut cross grain and diagonal.
