Technology can be used to filter out content. My nephew participated in a bust of a Major in the Navy when he was a active duty Marine (almost 10 years ago). His computer froze and the MPs showed up with the porn still displayed. Even government can stop bad behavior if it cares. Most of government does not. Perhaps you want these clowns deciding if you live or die between peep shows but I want better.
