That should be easy enough, no? RMIL is a bulletin board stock right? There must be some governing body over bulletin board stocks, and they must publish a short position list, no? I could be wrong, but that is how it works on every other exchange. So who is the governing body for BB stocks, and how do we contact them......anyone?
