I was just asked to google up info regarding nail strenthening.

In carrying out various construction projects in recent years, I have concluded that nails are not as strong and well made as they once were. I would welcome a program that results in stronger nails.

Also vitamin D3 in gel caps. I take 8000 iu's a day and my nails now grow like a son of a gun and I could probably pull nails out with them.

I keep telling my husband that I've got my hands in chemicals too much....You know his retort is to just put rubber gloves on...Men, they are just too logical. But actually, that appears to be the reason they are so dry....too much water with cleaners in it dries them out.
