I've sorta gravitated to grilling tri-tip more as a result since the cost difference/lb is almost nothing these days.

I switched to tri-tips over a year ago and have not looked back.

Better flavor is just the beginning.

i often ask case prices at costco. often times there is a huge mega difference in the per pound price. especially like whole saddle of lamb versus the cut loin chops in the case.

same with the new prime beef they are selling. a whole loin versus individual steak can be 5 bucks difference...which is a steal for true prime.

etc etc etc.

jumbo snow crab claws the same. etc.
