I think I watched Raichlen's show once. He writes great books (I have one of his Mexican cookbooks too), and imparts great info, but as a TV personality he's a bit dull.

I'm not expecting an Emeril Live show (which I don't even like), but most TV hosts have a bit more energy (Tyler Hamilton, Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Giada De Laurentiis, etc.)

I used to have a Weber and I loved it; the flavor of charcoal, especially hardwood or mesquite, can't be beat. But my last two houses have had natural gas hookups, and I just can't give up the convenience. No tanks to refill, no ashes to clean.

I inherited a small Weber recently though, my neighbor moved out and gave it to me. So I'll be using that for my Santa Maria Tri Tip, which has to be done over Red Oak coals (I start with wood chunks and wait till the fire goes out).
