Sue: The heck with the standard and poors. Look at the last earnings report and all the news items over the past few months. Look at where this company is going and the synergies, alliances and partnerships their forming. Look at the world class management that's eagerly joining this company. Statistics only reflect part of the picture and can easily skew the facts. Qwest didn't sell $90 million worth of capacity recently because they are going under! This is just the beginning. Have faith. If you feel leary of this one, then buy something you feel is safer. As Perot would say "It's just that simple". ( I don't like to quote him but it seems appropiate here :)
