Fenton, you might be right on this stock. I only have checked the charts, looks like that the Market Makers are not letting the stock trade out of the $8 range and to accumlate more of the stock by getting them from the ignorant investors who cannot hold the stock for too long and not making money. This could be a long term buy but I would not know when the MMs and insiders will launch the stock, therefore I cannot give a forecast on upside breakout. But looks like a buy and hold stock for me.
