Haven't they ever heard of weight racks and Smith Machines at USC? Or spotters? I know that it used to be said that if you drive an expensive convertible through the USC campus, that they would throw a diploma into your backseat. But the school has improved a lot from the old John Wayne days and is nearing the Academic Top Twenty. Of course, none of that may apply to their chief source of revenue, the football team.
