I got a little cautious recently, well, sitting on my EUR short position which I took on that very day when it lashed out to 93p...

but for the yen.. it is a big whipsaw, considering its volatility in the last three months including the day it traded at Y97.5 few weeks ago... a time back I said the yen has lots of "air" below.. to a support line which is currenly perhaps at an equivalent of Y96 (draw a downward sloping line which originates at 106 in Oct 08, encompassing the recent $/Y tops).

The three-day figure suggests a clear bottom (for the USD), with the large red candle, the instant reversal (a morning star) and todays relatively non-volatile continuation. Won´t be easy to invalidate that. Looks beautiful, textbook-style.
