That IS the issue, you total clown. Nixon started the build down, Cold War still going. Reagan, Both Bushes - missing in action. Obama, back ON the case.

If it was up to you Reagan loving clowns, we'd still have 30,000 warheads. If it was up to W, we'd have restarted the Cold War with a capitalist Russia rich with oil wealth.
