"Both wars were voted on and approved by the majority of Democrats in congress." Correct. (However one quibble: I'm very sure that --- if given the chance --- most of those Dems would have NEVER approved the shift in resources from Afghanistan to Iraq. Which a reasonable person might conclude was the very reason Afghanistan is still as problematic today as it was then. That, and the Bush-approved 'Airlift of Evil' which allowed so many of the Pakistani and Taliban leadership to escape us as Kunduz was falling.) "Calling them Bush's wars doesn't sell today any more than it sold in 2001." I didn't call them "Bush's wars". (I merely observed that that is when they began... that they are not anything new to this Obama administration.)
