John,

One thing is for sure that don't sell your INTC puts too cheap. My target on INTC puts is 20s and would take profit if it hit 40. :)

I would suggest you visit Cyrix website to take a look on Cyrix MXi presentation before you buy more AMD or IDTI. If Cyrix could execute their MXi project in timely matter (2H/98), AMD would make more profit to fabricate MXi for NSM. Until Robert G. posted the link to it, none of us knews that Cyrix MXi is a 128-bit data path MPU with 64Mhz PCI bus speed controller!

It is just too good to be true even for me! But, what happens if it is true?

Sold Intel Dec80 put at 9 this morning. I was praying on and off all night about something else and when I woke up this AM and saw the market down, I knew this was the opportunity. Not ready to reinvest in AMD calls or stock cause its pretty much dead money until we see the 266's for sale and more availability of 233's in the marketplace, to confirm progress on 0.25 um output.

I'd prefer to increase cash to buy back the short side of a large SPX put spread, if the opportunity presents itself.

PS - Prayer works
