Gary, this was witnessed in April of this year when RSYS fell from $45 to $22 in a few days, Zoltek from $38 to $22, and a bunch of others which have now stabilized and moved substantially higher. it is an unfortunate aspect of the market that those with limited resources and knowledge short and buy at the wrong time and don'thave the tools to discern either. my system gave a distribution rating on CYMI at $26, but i refused to follow it as i prefer the fundamentals of CYMI over the short term fluctuation. it is more apparent at this point that Cabot will give the shorts what they're looking for.

Bottom is in when Joe Six pack takes gives up and takes the loss. There are many bargains out there, CYMI included. Trouble is every day the bargain becomes greater. We need a big blow out here to shake out all weak hands. Then maybe I start to average in for a big winning trade. This sector is in total disarray, needs to have that blow off and then consolidate. There is major overhead supply which will make moves to the upside much more difficult.
