Find in the bible where God granted rights.

The entire New Testament. Next time, read it with "eye's that see".

Natural rights may have been born from free will, but God did not give us the right to sin

Non sequitur, but I'll address each one separately. Free will is for man, its not divine. The so called rights flow from divine energy. They are requested and override free will this way. You don't have them until you want them. Then they are given. You bring it forth. The Constitution guarantees this manifestation from interference from a tyrant or government.

God is neutral on sin, as it doesn't exist on that plane.

Rights are political not religious

False. Example: You can have life, liberty and pursue happiness on an deserted island without a government. You are correct though by implying in that statement that religions are not a source of rights.
