Those early days were a REAL "learning experience" for all of us, weren't they? And yet, some of our dearest friendships were formed during those years....none of us had much money, and all of us were better off than our parents were after they were married....As I said, sometimes we played poker for pennies, but the worst was one night no one had any money, and I only had matchsticks....when we had to break the matchsticks in half for the pennies, we all decided that that just took the fun out of it. Who wants to carry half matchsticks in their pocket for winnings? <ggg> So we saved our pennies from then on, so we could play with "real money"....
