1. Are we seeing the start/continuation of Small Cap Bull?

A while back, I talked about an indicator that was pretty
accurate in catching changes in trend. It was called a
"Countback Channel."

Take a look at the chart of the Dow. It's called "Dow Countback."

I think it again did a pretty good job of catching the turn.
