Look, I don't know that CEO pay is any better or worse than extremes of MLB pay or rock star pay or Hollywood actor pay.

I don't know either; but that's not the point. If you are comparing a public option to private insurance it's a significant cost savings.

This is funny....just heard on the news that the Senate has passed an amendment to give a discount to those who don't smoke or who overeat. Put another way, if you smoke or overeat you will pay more for your insurance. Now, let say you get lung cancer and it is determined that you in fact did smoke. Are you going to be denied service because you had a "pre-condition?" If not...why not. If so, then how is that different than what the evil private insurance companies do already?
