For the health bill this is a must-----and should be posted on line as far as I am concerned for longer than three days----how about a 30 day period of review by the citizens. And yes lets us all do our message boards and telephone calls and demonstrations. Wasn't it Toffler who talked about a participatory democracy------well if we are going to participate then lets make it possible for people to participate------and I don't been the illegals to participate.. mj
