Reginald, be careful here. I've read all of the books written about Warren Buffet. He is a big believer in stock buy backs increasing company value, and hence long term shareholder value.

Tough to disagree with a track record like his.

I do see your point though...but take Intel, do they really need 10 billion dollars in cash??

Oh, one other question. If these empirical models work so well, and banks use them, why do large banks have such a lousy track record with respect to Mutual Fund performance?
