But it sure looks to me like that article you posted shows that they have had a pretty good handle on healthcare and it's costs for a long time... PS - I was surprised that your post on Japanese healtcare didn't get more comment when you put it up, but then again, knowing the composition of this thread, perhaps I shouldn't be surprised <ggg>...
