The "hanging" part was bolded (the later part where you or someone reports the hanging part was a mistake wasn't - why highlight the mistaken part?) as were the later sections crediting the idea Sparkman was a political killing and that Beck etc had been targeting hate toward census workers. That isn't true either. What was bolded doesn't matter. The fact of the matter was that the article made the correction WITHIN the article. You're going around saying something quite different and falsely maligning me in the process. Stop!
