Today we took Daisy to the Vet to have a growth on her gum checked out. She is not afraid of the vet and when she goes in to the exam room she immediately jumps up on the stainless steel exam table. Sometimes she surprises us, like when we took her to a dog kennel place to check out boarding for her. It looked like a vet place to her so she jumped up on their desk before we could stop her. The growth on her gums is either benign or cancerous, and it's going to cost us about $500 to remove it and have her teeth cleaned while she's under. I'm sure it's not cancerous, but the vet says you can't tell just by looking.
