Does it make sense to you that they would not have covered at .19, since this "squeeze" has been in the works since April 30 and they could have covered then and anything since for prices under .30? Why would they wait to cover ? The assumtion that tthere are 2 million short shares comes from Riley reporting that the company "alleges" there are shorts. GMorgan has alleged this for a long time now and it would sem that the "shorts" would certainly have covered during the interval betwen April and now.
