You may have the last word. OK. I'll take it. At the top of this discussion I offered two possibilities to explain the lie. One was that it was intentionally deceptive. The second was a shortfall in critical thinking. I see now that there is a third possibility I hadn't considered--a shortfall in reading comprehension. It's clear what the bill says. You can't demonstrate where it specifies a mandate. Yet you insist that the mandate's there. That's the nature of figments, I guess.
